Evo Acquisition Corp. is a newly organized special purpose acquisition company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. While we may pursue an initial business combination target in any stage of its corporate evolution or in any industry or sector, we intend to focus our search on companies in the technology and financial sectors, including firms with a nexus to Japan.
